Some updates on your favourite gindara, Indonesian prawns and Spanish mackerel
Spanish mackerel… ideal seasons are spring and autumn. Unfortunately this year the Tsukiji price for this fantastic fish is skyrocketing. That is reflected on the price in the shop….
BUT…good news is here for gindara lovers – the price of frozen cod has come down, as has the price to you for this cod soaked in black miso.
My supplier of fresh Indonesian prawns – those lovely ones for on the bbq - has temporarily disappeared. Until he reappears, I will not be selling you frozen prawns… which just aren’t the same.
