Holy or Pickled Mackerel - great in the summer!

Holy Mackerel!

Or should we say pickled?  These small horse mackerels will be served at Shin Hinomoto as just one more way to help you cool down. The mackerel is deep-fried, cooled and then pickled in brine, onions and peppers.  Order and try! Just one more way to cool down in this Tokyo summer.
