The weather hasn't been great for vegetables thus far but the Yellowtail are flourishing...

The weather hasn't been great for vegetables thus far but the Yellowtail are flourishing.  So buri sashimi is on the menu! Usually they come into season in early November but this year is much earlier.

Oysters are also trickling in now.  Yamaguchi oysters are in season.. now waiting for the Hiroshima ones.
